Fun game but too much energy to play scenes also recharge time too long

I love the game. It is so much fun. However, I have had to wait countless times for my energy to refill. That is a minor issue though. This game is fun.

I enjoyed this game - one of me favorites! I am no longer able to play because now an advertisement strip blocks what I need to look for. I have not yet deleted it in the hope that the app makers will fix ASAP. Too bad they ruined what was a good game!

Loved this game, but now it will not let me advance. Im on level 5, and I have done the first 3 games. It will not let me slide it over to do the 2nd set. It is like it is stuck. Please fix! Love the game, especially the time attack mode, and would love to see time attack mode on every scene! Just a few suggestions. 1. Give us customer support without having to sign up for an account. My other games have direct email access from the game. In this game, it sends you to a website, which asks you to sign up for an account. When you try to sign up for an account, it sends you to yet another website and wants you to join a club. Games need customer support without having to jump through hoops, give out personal info, pay money for it, join clubs, etc. 2. When I get a notification from another app, it slides down from the top of the screen. Your find list is at the top of the screen, so this obstructs the list, while my time runs out. The only way to avoid the time running out is to click on the notification bar, which takes you out of the game. Im sure that going out of the game to the other app and back still uses a second or so, which is a problem in a time sensitive game. Please put your find list at the bottom of the screen like other games similar to this one, or at least give us a pause button somewhere other than the top of the screen. 3. Give a better tutorial for beginner and other users. I did not realize until I was on level 5 that there were additional mode levels of the game and had to go back to the original ones to complete them. It is also confusing as to what to do with recruits, briefcases, etc. 4. I would love to have more ways to earn energy so I can play longer. I have another game (Criminal Case) in which there is a daily bonus. So if you play the game from days 1-5, the bonus increases, and every day after day 5, if you dont break the streak, you get 50 energy bonus that day. They also have fake friends which you can exchange gifts for energy. You send them playing cards and they send you energy back. I have a few games with fake friends and I love them because I do not do Facebook games at all to protect my friends privacy. Thanks!

It seems that every time they update this game, they screw up something else! Since last update,it wont let me start a new episode with 9 dollars. It is telling me I have to earn all the stars from the previous episode. There is no way that I am going to spend several days continuing to hunt for the same hidden items when I have already solved the crime. I loved this game when I first started playing it, but with every update it seems to get worse instead of better. I will not be playing any more! I will check after next update. If this isnt corrected,I will be deleting game.

I have been playing this game for along time and it was a good game until about 5 months ago. With every new update I am having more and more problems. It started with crashing over and over which it still does at times and the game freezes all the time. I am unable to get free dollar, the spinner works on and off and the scene screen is freezing. Now I can not play at all there is a purple back ground instead of the scenes and suspects. I am feed up and ready to delete the game!

Love the game! Note after update: I would have given it a 5 star, but after the update it has changed in some areas. Like now I cant seem to watch videos to get cash, and then it says that I should get money but not get it right away. Well before I go the update I had been waiting to get 3 in cash, and now with the videos acting up I should be getting 4 more for that. I admit there has been a delay in getting the cash after a day or so went by before they send it to you , but now its all mixed up. You should be able to make up your own mind up on whether or not you want to update or not. Well I hope it gets fixed soon then I will give 5 stars..

I have trouble getting energy &/or $ after I watch the video. I also think watching a video should give you more than 1 energy or $1. I refuse to spend money to get these items. I also will not spend money to get rewards.

Like the game, but get tired of playing. It takes too long to renew energy, and since upgrade I am not receiving any more energy requests, etc from friends. This game is becoming worthless

This game is fun but at the same time is just like a different crime game I play which is , in my opinion, way better than this one. This game , I believed, copied off of Criminal Case. It looks the exact same just with different characters and different styles of scenes. But the analyzation lab and other features look the exact same. Dont like this game so I deleted it

This is a good game trust & believe BUT this energy refill is a PROBLEM! Waited countless times non-stop for the energy bar to refill. Im on level 5 now but idk if i can reach till 10 by keep waiting for my energy to refill. Buying to refill my energy is pointless. The amount you get is little compare to the scenes that cost 15energy to play which is alot. They should have 3 times a week with "unlimited energy" for us folks who is addicted to this game. If they can fix the whole refilling the energy bar situation THEN ill most definitely give them 5 stars w/o a doubt!

Love the game the only minor thing it takes for ever to regain energy

This app was decent as a time waster but it no longer loads on my iPad since the last update. I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times to no avail. Glad I didnt have money invested

First they make it near impossible to make it without waiting til next day or spending money THEN, they force video ads on you after finishing some scenes, so they are making money from ads AND off of us n making us wait to play further if we do t spend money. Not worth your time folks

I am constantly deleting then reinstalling this game because it has so many glitches!! The last one was the worst it no longer lets me send or receive anything from friends so I cant ask for help to get to the next level. This is an extremely frustrating game any I wouldnt recommend it to anybody.

I have been playing this game for over a year! I love it! With the latest update theres a glitch with the daily bonuses. VERY FRUSTRATING! On random days it doesnt reset for over a day which sets you back to the first days daily bonus. I play every day and shouldnt be less than day 5+ daily bonus. I havent seen a daily 5 day bonus in a few weeks.

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but for the last two days my energy has not been refilling when Im not using the game. I opened my game today after not having played it all night and my energy was 11 when it should be full.

When I first downloaded this game it was so much fun, but then the updates started and so did the problems. Firstly it takes way too much energy to fill one star. When you start with 120 in your energy bank and you still need to use "coffee" and or "donuts" thats a problem! Dragging out episodes is another. Why do we need upwards of 30 stars to solve the crime. If we werent forced to do unnecessary interrogations we wouldnt need so many stars, but then we wouldnt spend money to replenish our energy that was sucked up by filling up one star just so we could conduct a pointless interrogation, and Im sure spending our money is the point. If all the above wasnt bad enough, the game crashes far too much. If it crashes when I start a scene, too bad, I just lost that energy or if Im playing the "cup" I lost that key, not cool. A few times when the "cup" ended I didnt even get my energy reward. I played in three different "cups" and got nothing at the end of them...it was months later when I got the energy prizes all at once for all of them. Watching the videos for cash and energy doesnt work properly anymore. All you see is a never ending spinning circle and connecting. Very rarely does it connect anymore. When youre lucky enough for it to actually connect you better cross your fingers that youll get the money after youve watched the video. Too often a message pops up that theres trouble connecting with the server, and youll get your reward later...right...Im still waiting on money they owe me! Another issue is your game and Facebook sync, it doesnt work properly. I was playing this game long before I ever synced it with my Facebook. Beat all the levels, working my rank up to 35. Now that Ive synced it with my Facebook account everything is wonky. If for some reason Im logged out of my Facebook account Im forced to start at the beginning of the game again. Levels Ive pasted are now locked and I must beat them all over again, my rank is back to 1 rookie. Whaaaaaaat!!! This game was great, super fun, now with all these updates it has taken the game to super trash!! Please catch, kill, exterminate with extreme prejudice these bugs youve created. P.S. The game crashed as I was playing so I had time to come and made this review.

keeps force closing now in the middle of almost finishing a scene.....its really annoying to have to start again. been playing forever, just started happening

I love the game, but I dont like having to wait for every crime scene in season 2. If you didnt have it ready then dont release it. Time to delete the game and consider it finished. The game did some kind of adding content and now I cant open my game! Game update issue!! Im at level 48 and after the last update it wont advance any farther and doesnt recognize that I got a got a gold and platinum badge. Its like I did it all for nothing. Also why is it that I get my money built up but every time I open the game Ive lost money? If its not fixed soon I will delete.
